Sound Wall Painted:  Scouts painted the retaining wall along East Washington Street (between Ely and the airport).  There are over 80 panels, and it took the troop several weekends to complete the task.  (Troop 7)
Petaluma Adobe Historic Park: This site of several Eagle projects included the repair of the fencing and the repair of the shelter for the Park's animals.  The materials had to be authentic from General Vallejo's time, which meant harvesting and drying tule reeds for the roof.  (Troop 7)
Prince Park Entrance: The entrance bridge and gate to the park were refurbished.  The project required sanding, priming, and then painting. (Troop 7)
Club Sign:  Scouts constructed a free standing sign in front of the Boys and Girls Club measuring 5' x 5'. All the wording on the sign was done with a router, then sanded and painted.  Small landscaping was done at the base of the sign.  (Troop 7)
Island Planter:  The Rosamond Street island planter was refurbished.  The planter protects two large trees.  The project required weeding, sanding, painting, planting, and adding bark where it was needed.  (Troop 8)
<Petaluma Animal Shelter:  An oversized tool shed was rehabbed to become a living room for dogs--the inside was framed, insulated, drywalled, and panelled; the outside was painted.  The shed is used to socialize dogs in preparation for adoption.
(Troop 7)
Community Pool:  This project entailed the repainting of all the painted areas at the pool, and the benches were refurbished. (Troop 2)
Planter Boxes: Scouts replaced 6 above-ground  planter boxes.  Each planter is 10' x 4'.  All was rebuilt using new wood, then filled with new planting material.  (Troop 431)
Neighborhood Beautification: New trees were planeted on D Street from Payran St. to Lakeville Blvd.  Trees that had not survived were removed, the areas were dug up and new soil was mixed in.
Then new trees were planted
and staked up.  (Troop 23)
Church Meeting Room: At First Presbyterian Church, scouts renovated the upstairs meeting room.  This included new paint, carpet, a mural on the wall, new window shades, and slip covers for the furniture.  (Troop 7)
