Eagle Projects for State Parks
The California State Parks are looking for Eagle Scouts and/or Troops and Packs to help with service projects.  For more, download this brochure on service project ideas and contacts

Doran Beach Regional Park, part of the Sonoma County Regional Park System in Bodega Bay has opportunities for community and eagle service projects.  There is even the possibility of free overnight campground stay in there group campsite.   If your Troop/Patrol or Pack is interested please contact Park Ranger Rich at 707-875-3540.  Tell him Gary sent you.
District Pinewood Derby Results

This year's race had 125 cars total, with 44 for show, and 81 for race.
A big Cub Scout thanks goes to the Derby Chairman, Doug F., who is quick to recognize Gary and the leaders of Pack 84, 4, & 18 for making this years Pinewood Derby a success.
The Miwok District could not run without the help of our many volunteer scouters.  Come to the annual District Recognition Dinner (click on link for more info) and show your appreciation for the many scouts who make it happen, including our District Award of Merit recepients:
